"I took all 3 of my kids to Sarah’s class today and they absolutely loved it. I wish we'd have started sooner! Sarah was so friendly and positive which helped the kids to feel comfortable. I loved that she had each kid help brainstorm ideas for the obstacle courses they were going to do so that they would all feel included and important.  The class was well prepared and organized, starting and ending right on time. All three of my kiddos left with smiles on their faces and said they were looking forward to next week’s class. As a homeschool mom, I have always struggled with finding a PE class that my kids would enjoy. I am so excited to have found this gem of a class!!"

"My children plus their pod friends went to Sarah Cole's youth PE class.  They all had such a blast!  Not only did they get a workout but had fun doing it.  Sarah has such a warm, positive presence which made all the kids feel comfortable.  She played multiple games as well as making obstacle courses that the kids could design themselves.  Every class had a new exciting game, as well as the favorites the kids wanted to play. Our kid's ages range from 7-13 and the games she led were fun and fair for all ages.  As a Mom I appreciated how clean and organized she was.  We will definitely be continuing!!"

“Sarah leads this class like a personal trainer. She modifies the exercises based on your individual ability and pushes you to do more each time. Even if you have a sprained ankle or an injury, she will find moves for you to do! She also incorporates specific exercises that target certain areas based on requests from the class. I have been working out with Sarah for the past 4 years, even through my entire pregnancy! Her classes are intimate, challenging, and fun!”

"Sarah’s class at Fit Woman is a great start to the weekend. Sarah always provides us with a challenge whether it’s through cardio, weights, TRX, or even a themed workout! I have a bad lower back and she is always able to provide modifications and alternative exercises. The ladies who attend the Saturday morning class are a never ending source of support, friendship, and laughter. Sarah is able to help us meet personal and group fitness goals, and provide great encouragement and tunes to keep us all motivated. "
